Terms of Service
What we agree to do, what you agree to do, and where each of us carries the risk.
Last updated 28 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Indvra. They are written to be read rather than to be impenetrable, which means they are shorter than most and say more.
1. What Indvra is
Indvra is a logistics coordinator. We provide an address in India, receive and store goods you have bought, consolidate and repack them, and arrange international carriage through licensed carriers.
We are not the seller of the goods you buy, we are not a licensed pharmacy, and we are not a customs authority. Where we describe duty, tax or import rules, we are summarising rules set by others.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Your suite number identifies your locker; parcels arriving without it may be delayed while we match them.
You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
3. Goods you may send
You may not send anything prohibited for export from India or for import into your destination. Our published prohibited list is indicative, not exhaustive.
We may refuse, return or dispose of goods that are prohibited, restricted without the necessary documentation, hazardous, perishable beyond our storage terms, or that we reasonably believe to be counterfeit or unlawfully obtained.
Controlled and scheduled pharmaceutical substances are refused on every lane to every destination.
4. Declarations
We declare the value you paid, based on the invoice or receipt you provide. We will not under-declare, mark a commercial purchase as a gift, or otherwise misdescribe a shipment.
If you provide inaccurate information and a shipment is seized, delayed or penalised as a result, that is your liability.
5. Storage
Storage is free for the period stated on your tier. Beyond it, storage fees accrue daily per parcel at the published rate.
Goods left beyond 120 days from arrival may be disposed of after written notice to your registered email.
6. Pricing and payment
Quotes are estimates until a parcel has been weighed and measured at our facility. Final charges are based on actual chargeable weight.
Duty, taxes and destination charges are set by your customs authority and are your responsibility. Our estimates are indicative and not a guarantee.
Wallet balances are held for your use against shipments, do not earn interest, and are refundable to source on request.
7. Liability
Our liability for loss or damage in our custody is limited to the declared value of the affected goods, or the carrier’s liability limit where the goods are in the carrier’s custody, whichever applies.
We are not liable for delay caused by customs inspection, carrier disruption, weather, industrial action or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Insurance
Optional insurance is available at the published rate on declared value. Uninsured shipments carry only the carrier’s standard liability, which is typically far below the value of the goods.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we are required to act against by law, or that we reasonably believe is being used for unlawful purposes.
You may close your account at any time. We will return or ship any goods held, at your cost, and refund any wallet balance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
These policies have not been reviewed by a lawyer. They are drafted to be honest and readable, but pharmaceutical dispensing, customs brokerage and holding customer funds each carry obligations no template covers. Have an Indian lawyer review these before you trade, and again before you take money for the medicine lane.
