Refunds and Cancellations

When you get your money back, when you do not, and how long it takes.

Last updated 28 July 2026

The honest summary: before a box leaves our facility you can cancel and be refunded in full. After it leaves, carrier terms apply and we can only pass on what we recover.

Before dispatch

Cancel a ship request at any point before the parcel is handed to the carrier and the full shipping charge returns to your wallet immediately, or to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Consolidation and repacking already performed are not charged for, so there is nothing to deduct.

After dispatch

Once a shipment is with the carrier it cannot be cancelled. If it is subsequently lost or destroyed in transit, we claim against the carrier and pass the recovery to you.

Where you purchased insurance, we settle at declared value regardless of what the carrier pays.

Lost or damaged in our custody

If goods are lost or damaged between arrival at our facility and handover to the carrier, we cover the declared value. Intake photographs establish the condition on arrival.

Damaged before it reached us

Where intake photographs show damage that predates us, the claim is against the seller or the domestic courier. We provide timestamped photographs and the delivery record to support your claim.

Personal shopper

If we cannot source an item, the fee is refunded in full. If an item is sourced and you change your mind, Indian consumer returns apply and any return shipping and restocking cost is yours.

Medicine

Dispensed medicines cannot be returned or refunded once they have left the pharmacy, for reasons of patient safety. If we cannot dispense — because verification fails, or the destination refuses the molecule — nothing is charged.

Wallet balances

Refundable to source on request at any time. Referral and promotional credits are not withdrawable as cash and expire as stated at the time of issue.

These policies have not been reviewed by a lawyer. They are drafted to be honest and readable, but pharmaceutical dispensing, customs brokerage and holding customer funds each carry obligations no template covers. Have an Indian lawyer review these before you trade, and again before you take money for the medicine lane.
