Four things we hold to, including when it costs us.
We say no before you pay, not after
Germany does not permit personal prescription imports. Milk-solid mithai is destroyed by Australian biosecurity. Telling you at checkout costs us an order. Telling you after seizure costs you the goods.
The price you see includes the duty
Landed cost is estimated before payment. The industry norm is a cheap-looking shipping quote and a courier at your door with an invoice. That is not a pricing strategy, it is a trap.
We take no commission from suppliers
Our sourcing fee comes from you, which is why the match score is itemised and arguable rather than sold to the highest bidder.
We declare what you paid
Under-declaring saves a little duty and risks the entire parcel. We will not amend a declaration downward, however politely you ask.
How we make money
No hidden margin
We charge for shipping, a flat handling fee per consignment, a percentage on assisted purchases, and a sourcing fee on B2B introductions. That is the whole model.
We do not take commission from the suppliers we recommend, we do not mark up duty, and storage is free for the first month because consolidation does not work without it.
