Commercial export

Cargo out of India, paperwork included.

Most first-time exporters lose more money to a mis-filed shipping bill than to freight rates. We quote all four modes honestly and file the documents that actually get you paid.

Documentation

What we file for you

An export is a paperwork exercise with a box attached. Get the shipping bill wrong and your GST refund and export incentives disappear.

IEC (Importer Exporter Code)

One-time DGFT registration. We file it if you do not have one.

Commercial invoice & packing list

Generated from your order lines, HS-coded.

Shipping bill

Filed on ICEGATE against your IEC and AD code.

Certificate of Origin

Preferential where a trade agreement applies — it can zero the buyer’s duty.

Bill of Lading / Air Waybill

Issued by the carrier once cargo is handed over.

Phytosanitary / FSSAI

For agricultural and food consignments.

CDSCO Export NOC

Pharmaceutical consignments only, Form 12AA.

eBRC & GST refund

We reconcile realisation and file your LUT/refund claim.

Incoterms

Who carries which risk

The single clause that decides whether a deal makes money. Pick it deliberately.

EXW

Ex Works

Buyer arranges everything from our door.

FOB

Free On Board

We deliver cleared and loaded at the Indian port.

CIF

Cost, Insurance & Freight

We cover freight and insurance to the destination port.

DDP

Delivered Duty Paid

We deliver to the buyer’s door, duty and tax settled.

Accent figure is the cheapest mode for that lane at this volume. Air beats sea below roughly 300 kg; above 8 CBM a full container usually wins.

Chargeable weight, shown

Air quotes state gross, volumetric and chargeable weight separately. No surprises on the invoice.

1 CBM minimum on LCL

Sea LCL bills per cubic metre with a one-cubic-metre floor. We show it rather than bury it.

Origin charges itemised

Handling, documentation and customs filing as line items, not a lump "misc" charge.

Insurance at 0.35%

On declared cargo value. Optional, but a container is a bad thing to self-insure.
